Complete the get started form below and submit payment. It should take around 5-10 minutes to complete the form. Before you begin, please ensure you have:
Once you have completed the get started form, we will email you confirmation of your submission, along with a checklist of the materials we need from you.
We will assign a project manager to your website build. Your project manager will get in contact with you to introduce themselves and answer any questions you may have. Return your completed content template to your project manager via email, along with the other materials specified in the email confirmation.
Once we have received your materials our team will schedule your project in the build schedule on a first come, first served basis. Your project manager will then be in touch to confirm the build start date.
Your website build will be ready for review and feedback within 2 weeks (3 weeks for co-branded) of the build start date. Your project manager will contact you to preview the website.
You have 1 week to review the website and provide feedback (only one round of feedback is permitted). We will then make the final changes within 1 week. Once the final changes have been made, the site will be sent to Godfrey Pembroke marketing for review.
We will then conduct the orientation session with you over the phone, to show you how how to manage the website content and make changes as needed. We will then work with you to put the site live to complete the process.
After the site is built and you approve it, it will be submitted to GPL Marketing for initial review. Once this is received, the site will be ready to go live.
The standard website templates have received head office compliance approval and include warnings and disclosures in-line with compliance and Licensee Standard requirements for websites.
Review of the new site will occur at your next adviser review if any significant changes have been made to the material from your existing site.
Going forward, if significant changes (i.e. other than administrative) are made to the new site these changes need to gain compliance approval as per the Licensee Standard. In this instance compliance sign-off must be gained prior to go-live.
The process for submitting changes to compliance for sign-off will be covered in your pre-launch training with us. For specifics please see the “how to guide” on AdviserPoint.
