Clair brings passion, excellent client communication and amazing project coordination skills to our work. She has an eye for detail that tortures our developers but brings brilliant results!
Clair started her career in the Domain Name Industry, where she held a wide variety of roles. Joining Domain Name Registrar TPP Internet as Operations Manager in 2003, Clair later specialised in the management of corporate domain name portfolios. During which time she managed the portfolios of a number of top 100 Australian companies including Telstra, Australia Post, News Limited and Lend Lease.
Clair has coordinated projects to achieve registrar accreditation in many countries around the world and coordinated the successful migration and expansion of the TPP Internet network, including registrar, hosting and DNS platforms.
As WordPress producer for The DMA’s website projects, Clair brings passion and excellent client communication and project coordination skills. Paired with her solid technical knowledge based on her years in the Domain Name Industry, Clair offers clients a unique blend of technical understanding and account management expertise, which is rare in the industry.
